V&E Restaurant Group will be participating in this amazing food & wine festival along with our Chef Matt Fresinski.

About Chef Fresinski
Chef Matthew Fresinski is the Corporate Chef at V&E Restaurants and is one of the top chefs in the country.
Chef Fresinski began cooking back when he was just 13, working at a local seafood restaurant in Ithaca, New York. Soon, he was working at Renee’s American Bistro under Chef Renee Senne at just 14. Learning skills he would someday make his living on, he stayed there for four years and eventually moved on to attend the Culinary Institute of America, graduating in 2001.
From there, Chef Fresinski worked in a number of esteemed restaurants, including Gordon Biersch, Louis’ and Louis’ Fish Camp in Town Square, Society Café, Buddy V’s, and the Riviera. Finally, he was brought in as the Executive Chef of Café Americano inside Caesars Palace under V&E. He turned this failing restaurant into something amazing and soon went on to help open another restaurant inside the Venetian: Mercato Della Pescheria.
For over a dozen restaurants, Chef Fresinski has been on the opening team and assisted with the flourishing development of the culinary aspect of every location. He is a truly gifted chef and one that we’re proud to call our own at V&E!
