Mercato della Pescheria restaurant in Las Vegas is officially celebrating its 5th anniversary with a very crisp and refreshing sweet flavor cocktail with Sicilian Vodka & Italicus liqueur from Aug 16th -Sept 12th.
The Mercato Cinque (“Five” in Italian), priced at $10, pays homage to the restaurant Italian roots and the five years of operation of the 16,479-square-foot location at Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort.
Located in St Mark’s Square, Mercato is Italian Urban Market with fresh pasta, catch of the day, coal fired Mediterranean seaside eatery.
The anniversary cocktail features original Sicilian Vodka & Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, a blend of bergamot peel, Cedro lemons, chamomile, lavender, gentian, yellow roses and Melissa balm. Adding lemon juice, a touch of honey, simple syrup & faba foamer will result in the most refreshing and celebratory summer cocktail.
